Naxos

In the summer of 2013, I took a very short trip to the island of Naxos in the Cyclades, to attend and photograph the wedding of my good friend Michael. The day after the marriage, I took a few hours to walk around the old town of Naxos and create a few pictures. Naxos is a very beautiful island, painted in the traditional colors of the islands in the Cyclades, filled with picturesque alleys, and magnificient views. During my walk though, I wanted was mostly interested in the less shown aspects of the island, like the older buildings that were not maintained and the feeling of silence in the alleys when people where not strolling along.
